• All rooms are non-smoking; a fine is applied in case of violation.

Food & Beverage:

• All hotel guests have breakfast included during their stay.
• Cooking in the hotel premises is prohibited. The kitchenette is for the convenience of hotel guests for making tea or coffee.
• Please note that all food and beverages available at the minibar must be paid extra when leaving the hotel.

Payment by debit/credit card via V-POS:

• Accepted cards: debit, credit, and business cards from Visa, Mastercard, and bCard.
• Transactions are processed using the security programs Mastercard Identity Check and VISA Secure.
• For security reasons, the maximum payment amount by card is up to 4000 EUR.
• We do not store any bank card details used for payments through the website.
• If a refund is required, the amount will be returned to the same card used for the payment.
